Will someone be entering my home or can I choose a preferred location?

For safety purposes and to prevent transmission to others, we recommend that we visit you at home. It is possible to meet our staff outside of your home or at a preferred location, should you choose. Our staff will arrive in PPE (Personalized Protective Equipment) and will administer care either in your home or outside of your home.

How quickly am I able to schedule my appointment?

We aim to schedule your appointment within 4 to 6 hours. Our wait times fluctuate depending on the demand.
