How does the Zappy Health Weight Loss Program work?
Our program is a personalized journey that starts with understanding your health, lifestyle, diet, and weight goals. We then tailor a treatment plan, which may include prescription medication if necessary, to help you reach your weight loss targets in a healthy and effective manner.
How often will I be seen?
You’ll have a check-up with your medical team every 4 weeks to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment as needed.

Billing and cancellations
What are the details of the monthly payment and auto-pay?
The program costs $99 per month with insurance, which covers medical care but not medication copays. For specific medication pricing without insurance, please refer to our website or contact us directly. This is a monthly subscription on auto-pay. To avoid treatment delays, you will receive 8 – 10 week supply of medication at a time. The monthly payment and medication shipments do not coincide.
Cancellation policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Initial 30-Day Period: At Zappy Health, we understand the importance of flexibility and confidence in health care decisions. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, during which you can terminate your Agreement for any reason. If you decide that our services are not the right fit within the first 30 days of initiation and no medication has been prescribed, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. To proceed with the termination, please submit a written notice to solutions@ZappyHealth.com.
After Prescription and Shipment: Should you receive a prescription and shipment of medication within this initial period, please note that a two-month contract automatically comes into effect from the shipment date. The option for immediate termination and a full refund as offered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee will no longer apply.
Two-Month Contractual Commitment
Binding Agreement: Once medication has been shipped, a binding two-month contract is established. This contract is crucial for evaluating the effectiveness of the treatment and maintaining the high standards of our health care services.
Refund Policy: During these two months, our usual refund policy as per the 30-day satisfaction guarantee is not applicable. However, we are committed to working with you to address any issues and ensure a positive experience with our program.

I paid for the month but did not receive a medication
This is a common question we receive. As per above, we might send you larger vials that last 8 to 10 to weeks to avoid treatment delays and for operational efficiency. Our systems automatically track when you are due for a refill and an order is placed so that you never run out of medication. We understand mistakes can happen, and if there is an issue with your medication, please reach out to us immediately so that we can help you out.
Medication and refills
Tracking my vial
You should receive your medication within 5 to 7 business days after your visit. Currently, we are aware of challenges some of our clients are facing in receiving tracking information for their medication shipments. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The tracking information is sent by the pharmacies and is suboptimal as many of our patients do not receive a tracking number.
What we’re doing to address this:
- Active Follow-Up: We’re in continuous communication with our pharmacy partners to improve the tracking notification system.
- Direct Assistance: Although the tracking numbers are issued by the pharmacy, we are developing workarounds to assist you in obtaining your shipment’s status.
- Manual Updates: In the meantime, if you do not receive a tracking number, please check your mail for the next couple of days as the shipment may still arrive on time.

BUD dates
We are aware that some vials come with BUD dates on them. These are not expiration dates. Please follow the instructions of your provider as the instructions on the vial do not always coincide with your personalized instructions.
What instructions should I follow?
Your medication comes premixed and should be stored in the refrigerator. Follow the dosing schedule as prescribed by your provider in the app.

Do I need to follow a special diet while on these medications? and how can I personalize my diet plan?
While there is no specific diet required, a balanced diet rich in protein and fiber will complement your treatment and can enhance the efficacy of the medications. Can I drink alcohol while on this medication?
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. You may find that your desire to drink decreases once you start the medications.
