Dear Valued Patients: The providers working with Zappy Health place prescription orders with several independent third-party pharmacies. For a brief period up to 12/13/2024, the providers placed prescription orders with Ousia Pharmacy Corp. of Florida.

Zappy Health recently learned that, in December 2024, the Florida Department of Health filed an Administrative Complaint against Ousia Pharmacy for alleged violations of Florida pharmacy requirements. We have reached out to Ousia Pharmacy, and they communicated that they do not agree with the Department of Health’s allegations and do not believe there was any impact on the medications they provided to patients. Nonetheless, Zappy Health immediately ceased its relationship with Ousia Pharmacy.
