SMS Messaging Terms

Zappy Health sends text messages to patients who have asked to receive them.
This page explains what we send, how you agree to receive it, and how to stop.

How you opt in

When you complete the Zappy Health registration and intake form, you provide
your mobile number and are asked whether we may contact you by text message. You
choose Yes or No. We only send text messages to
patients who choose Yes.

The consent question on our intake form reads:

I agree to receive text messages from Zappy Health about my appointments,
prescriptions, orders and invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data
rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
