Eli Lilly's Zepbound™ Medication
Zepbound™ is provided directly through Eli Lilly's self-pay program. Your medication costs are paid directly to Eli Lilly and are separate from our medical service fees.
Medication Cost Structure:
- Lower Doses: $349 per month
- Higher Doses: $499 - $649 per month
Please Note: We do not handle any payments for the Zepbound™ medication. You will pay Eli Lilly directly for your prescription.

Submit your info and our team will review your case to see if Zepbound is right for you.
Step 2: Medical Care
If approved, you’ll be enrolled in our care program for $99/month — this includes follow-ups, prescriptions, and support.
Step 3: Receive Medication
Zepbound is shipped directly from Eli Lilly to your home. Medication costs are billed separately.
Pricing Breakdown
- Zappy Health: $99/month for ongoing medical care
- Eli Lilly: $349/month for the lowest dose of Zepbound, $499–$649/month for higher doses
